Elizabeth Immer is passionate about bringing behavioral science into product management and business strategy. As Product Design Lead at Sherpany, Elizabeth utilizes methods and insights from behavioral economics to answer these questions, and guides her team to develop policies, processes and products that support leaders to behave better and more often lead their teams to peak performance. Elizabeth’s background includes academic and private-sector work at ETH, FehrAdvice, the Ergonomen, and in the US, Australia, Gulf Region and Switzerland.
