Julia Borger works as a Senior UX Architect and is a self-leadership and empowerment expert. During her Master's degree in Business Innovation, which she finished last year, she discovered her great interest in topics related to New Work, self-organization and self-leadership. Her master thesis was centred around these topics as well as the biology of stress and performance. In her study with 100+ participants, she investigated which factors most commonly lead to overwhelm in work settings with varying degrees of self-organization and derived strategies on how to prevent overwhelm in self-organized work contexts.
