How to not get stressed and overwhelmed by self-organization

Various forms of self-organization are playing an increasingly important role in the development of digital products and collaboration. Whether in agile teams or even in fully self-organized companies - self-organization has been booming in recent years as an approach to foster greater agility, productivity and employee satisfaction. However, it comes not only with advantages, but has also many challenging aspects. Feeling overwhelmed in teams and organisations that are fully or somewhat self-organized is not uncommon. In this talk, Julia Borger presents the factors that most commonly lead to overwhelm in self-organized work contexts. Furthermore, she gives insights and inputs on what is needed to prevent stress and overwhelm as well as to create empowerment and enhance productivity and well-being.
