Why the end is one of the most important moments of the brand experience

Everything has an end. Nevertheless, the end of a customer relationship is often overlooked. Most companies know a lot about the consumer lifecycle. They know their customers through sophisticated and targeted advertising even before their arrival. Monitoring, research and digital behavioral data provide companies with information on how the consumer uses the product. And at the end? Nothing.

I am a 360° creative strategist and design thinker with +10 years interdisciplinary knowledge led by clarity, simplicity and honesty. My passion is to tackle every day social problems through new approaches, uncover hidden business potentials and bring products to the market. I belive that a good brand is defined by the experience of its customers. My process does not start and end with Photoshop, but with people.

I use people’s unique motivations and insights to craft unique experiences that bring them to life by interconnecting dialogue, haptic, interactivity, playfulness, experience, environment and technology.
