Design Leadership Therapy

Design Leadership Therapy is a group of design leaders and managers – focused on sharing insights and experiences with peers. The goal is to grow and learn how to practice leadership in companies building their design culture. Members include design managers from Appway, Crowdhowse, Digitec Galaxus, Expedia, Homegate, SBB, Scout24, and Tamedia.

Design Leadership Therapy was founded by Jules Skopp, Jeremy Hulette and Leonardo Hauschild, seasoned designers sharing an issue of: “I have no clue if I’m doing the right moves”. They felt they didn’t have a forum to discuss their challenges and bounce off ideas on how to solve them. Sometimes they shared deep problems, other times it was just a venting session. But it felt therapeutic for all, hence the “therapy”.

The group opened its doors for plenty of other design leaders last year while still keeping the format of sharing issues in a secure environment and providing guidance from all the other members. Today, Daniel Boos and Enea Nurri are actively helping the three founders in co-organizing the therapy sessions.
